MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE WITH LTHEANINE

Four years ago, while in the mists of adding a new level to my home I became overcome with stress and anxiety.
I decided I would finally have to go to the doctor and get help.

I had always suffered from anxiety even as a kid. Always nervous, always uptight, whether it was at a little league game, a social encounter, or just the presence of a good looking girl, you name it, it probably caused me stress and anxiety.
